In loving Memory of Toby and Tinkerbell

Toby (2001-2013)  and Tinkerbell (1997-2013)

Tinkerbell as Toby’s mom.  They were separated for a few years, but when they reunited, they literally danced with joy!  They were inseparable for the remainder of their lives.  Tinkerbell had a hard life before she came to us, but here she had her own princess bed and a number of fluffy beds around the house.  After she died at age 15, Toby, who had been successfully battling liver ailment, spent all day and night looking for her, refusing to eat.  Sadly, he followed her in death two weeks later in the arms of his human mom.

In Loving Memory of Nicholas

Nicholas

Al-Mar’s Sev-N-Up Float (1998-2013)

Nicholas was his mom’s Main Man. He wasn’t a cuddler, but he knew when she had pain because he would act as a heating pad by lying on her hip.  How did he know to do that? It is a Maltese trait from millennia past. But he was also “The Instigator.”  Not a person walked down the street without us knowing about it.  He looked after us all.

Venus

Chalet’s Venus (1998-2014)

True to her name, Venus was a goddess of love.  She loved nothing better than to snuggle with her Daddy on the couch.  Ironically, it was her heart that gave out at the end, but her love endures.
