In Loving Memory of Brandy

Brandy was a 14 German Shepherd mix.

Her favorite toy was chew rope.

Her favorite treat was Begin Strip.

Her favorite thing to do was take walks and playing in the snow.

Our favorite memory was holding her in one hand when we first got her, playing with other dogs, I was ill and I fainted a lot and when I did she would run to me and sit down beside me until I could get help. She was the most wonderful and protective dog we ever.

In loving Memory Of Izzabella Grey Bowen

Izzy was a special dog from the time we got her.  She was a special needs fury friend with no elbow joints when she was born, but it never effected the  9 1/2 years we had with her.  She loved everyone with all her heart and it showed.  Izzy was a very quiet dog with very sensitive ears that could honestly hear a pin drop.  She loved her brother Sonny who passed away in January with everything she  had.  Her sister Macy is grieving for her love right now.  In addition she is survived by her brother Issac Ashworth, step brother Marco and her family that is lost without her.  You are now with your brother sweet Izzabella and we will never forget you.

In loving Memory of Serena

Serena

Ch. Shikara’s Mischief Brewing (1995-2011)

On the way to a dog show, a radio station played Glen Miller’s “In the Mood” as sung by chickens (actually by Ray Stevens). Serena arose from her nap and started dancing happily in her crate to the point we thought she was going to knock it over.  When we got home, we ordered the CD and played it for her.  Serena again began dancing and looking for the chicken behind the speakers, dancing all the way.  She loved that song.

In loving Memory of Casper

Casper

Shikara’s Friendly Apparition (1995-2008)

Casper had a promising show career until as injury ended those dreams, but he was just as happy playing with his pink fuzzy pig.  He also appeared in several ads for a regional pet supply store as he was very photogenic and loved being held by people in funny animal costumes.

In Loving Memory of Claudia

Claudia

Hylan Shikara’s Fuzzy Logic (1994-2009)

Claudia was a funny dog. If anyone came to visit, she would run and hide.  Only her Auntie Sunny was able to “catch”  her and play with her. Claudia liked to nibble on our necks-which is why she was named fro Claudia in interview with the vampire-but it had to be her idea to come to you and cuddle.  Once she was there, she enjoyed a good back rub.
