Favorite Toy- Zippy Paws Miniz, Griffey would destroy 9/10 toys and then pretend the last one was his baby for a couple weeks, yet one of the cheapest toys we got him was a green plush bone from the dollar store that he kept for 5+ years before he finally decided to defluff it.

Favorite Treat- Freeze Dried Minnows, Dad’s steak scraps. He also enjoyed Wendy’s chicken nuggets but due to them being unhealthy we only bought them on special occasions. He got them the day we brought him home, the day he was diagnosed with cancer, and tried to give them to him as a last meal too but was unfortunately too sick to eat it. 

Favorite thing to do- Boat out at Grayson Lake and sunbathe in the backyard. When younger loved to explore (to the extent he would escape out of the backyard no matter how secured we thought it was). Absolutely loved to burrow in blankets too.

Favorite Memory- Griffey would jump from the top of house boat to house boat when staying out at the lake, for no other reason than it was fun. (And also worried Mom and Dad to death). He also went crazy rolling in dryer sheets.

Max was an 13 year old Chihuahua.

His favorite toy was a stuff squirrel.

His favorite treat was bologna.

Favorite thing to do was sitting on my lap and sleeping under the covers at my feet. He loved to lay at my glass sliding door looking outside.

Favorite memory coming home from work him meeting me at the door. When my mom was alive he would always be in the chair beside her. Waiting on me to come home.

She was an 11 year old German Shepherd, who happened to be a rescue when we adopted her. She loved the water, especially going to the lake! Her favorite thing to do, was fetch tennis balls when her dad would throw them into the water! There are so many memories that we made with her, but one that really stuck to me, was when we brought our daughter home for the first time. Duchess sniffed her a bit, then kind of went about her business. She might’ve not really understood how to interact with our daughter as an infant, but as she grew into a toddler, Duchess was all about her. She protected our daughter like she was her own puppy. Our daughter still asks, “Where’s Dutchie?”. She’ll forever be our big baby.

Favorite thing to do: Cuddle her best friend and human child Allie and lick the sticky food messes off the face of her other human child Logan.

Favorite Memory: Every Christmas Santa left Mazie a stocking with treats. Mazie loved her stocking and was so excited to see it every Christmas Morning. Mazie’s excitement was just as much as the kids on Christmas morning.

Chelcie was a 17 year old white kitty.

Her favorite treat was deli meat.

Her favorite thing to do before she got sick, she loved playing with her brothers and sisters who also were rescues.

Favorite memory when Chelcie layed down she always crossed her front paws and watched you with her big blue eyes.

His favorite treat was caned cat food.

His favorite thing to do was sit in my lap and nap.

Favorite memory ~ when I would hold out my hand to pet him and he would get on his back legs reach for my hand wrap his paws around my hand pull it to him and rub his face all over my hand.

He really didn’t like toys.

His favorite treat was any soft food.

His favorite things to do were sleep and go for car rides or ride in the stroller.

Favorite memory of catching him sleeping with my husband at the time who said he didn’t want to adopt him.

His favorite treat was ice cream.

His favorite thing to do was go for walks outside of our fence.

Favorite memory when Sonshine led our other dogs back home to safety when they got out of our fence a few times. He was in front of them leading them home.

Her favorite things to do were take long naps on the couch and sleeping in mom and dads bed at night.

Favorite memory ~ When Chloe wanted a treat, if I wasn’t quick enough for her, she would grab a magazine and start tearing it up! I always kept one handy that she could reach!!
