In Loving Memory of Karma

Karma Lyninger was a 14 year old Jack Russell Terrier.

Favorite Toy – Karma loved any toy with a squeaker in it. 😊 She could demolish one in ten minutes flat, lol.

Favorite Treat – Karma – true to her family’s nature – loved to eat. She loved Pupperoni (don’t tell her vet) and any type of bone to chew. She liked the Pupcakes from Double Drizzle, too. Her absolute favorite treat, though, was her Grandpa Larry’s cornbread. She would growl at her siblings and anyone else – even her mommy – if they came too close to her cornbread.

Favorite Thing to Do – When Karma was young she loved to chase our side-by-side when we went riding. I always wanted to hold her, but she preferred to chase us. She also liked to play “keep-away” with her toys. I would take her toy and she would chase me. Then, she would take the toy and I would chase her. Throughout her too-short life she enjoyed taking walks. She was a Rockstar when she was a puppy. People would approach us and want to pet her. She loved to sniff everything on our walks. When she got older her favorite thing to do was to take naps with her mommy.

Favorite Memory – I have so many favorite and happy memories of time spent with Karma it is hard to narrow it down to just one. She used to go everywhere with me. On Saturdays I would take her to the McDonald’s drive-thru to get her a chicken biscuit on occasion. I enjoyed taking her with me to pet-friendly stores. I enjoyed taking her on walks. She would go camping with me. One memory that does stand out is a trip we took to Florida. On our way home we hit a snowstorm/very bad weather. Although Karma was only a puppy at the time – she was so good during this long precarious trip. We were unable to pull over to let her go to the bathroom, but she didn’t cause any trouble.

Karma was the first dog with whom I fell in love. Prior to her I had been strictly a cat person. Words cannot describe how much I love and miss her!!!! She was and always will be my baby. Mommy will meet you one day at the Rainbow Bridge, Karma, and we will cross it together. I love you!!!!

Rest In Peace Karma.
