Pepper was a lonely hitchhiker on a busy Maryland highway when a friend’s mother picked her up and immediately took her to her vet for much-needed medial care. She was dirty, full of fleas, and way underweight. To make a long story short, we took her in, got her into shape, and she spent the next 12 years with us. Best behaved dog ever!
